The Czech Republic will be represented here by the Ministry of Culture’s stand, which is traditionally organized by the Moravian Library.The London Book Fair is known as a universal fair, where in addition to presenting authors and their new works, emphasis is placed on seminars and conferences which focus not only on authors but also on other aspects of the book market.

The spring season for international book fairs begins on March 13. The London Book Fair will open its doors to visitors until Thursday 16 March. The Czech Republic is represented here by the Ministry of Culture’s stand, which is traditionally organized by the Moravian Library.The London Book Fair is known as a universal fair, where in addition to presenting authors and their new works, the emphasis is on seminars and conferences. This year, there are eight conferences focusing on issues such as the sale of rights, publishing and children's literature. Alongside the main guest country, Poland, the spotlight will be on four award-winning writers - Michael Morpurgo, Roddy Doyle, Olga Tokarczuk and Andrzej Sapkowski.
